A part of our year-long Stephen King Film Festival, a screening of "Stand By Me" will take place at the Renaissance Theatre.



At 6:30 PM prior to the event, Carl H. Sederholm from Brigham Young Univeristy will give a lecture about the film.

Tickets just $5, General Admission.

Special Presentation "Images Fit for A King: The Art of Stephen King’s Work"
Location: Element of Art, 96 N. Main St., Mansfield
Time: 6:00 PM
Cost: Free

Join Carl Sederholm, Professor at Brigham Young University, as he speaks on work by three artists commonly associated with Stephen King: Bernie Wrightson, Michael Whelan, and Dom Brautigam. He will discuss why these artists are central to experiencing Stephen King's fiction and why we should pay attention to their work. He will also make connections between these artists and other influential works within popular culture, including comic art, album art, and book illustration.
