A corrupt judge sends Benjamin Barker away from London on trumped up charges. After a fifteen year absence he returns to discover that his wife poisoned herself after suffering abuse at the hands of the same judge. Barker vows revenge and turns into Sweeney Todd, the Demon Barber of Fleet Street. He teams up with pie maker Mrs. Lovett and they soon have a booming business. But what is the secret ingredient of those pies? This haunting musical thriller is filled with beautiful songs and plenty of surprises.
