Living history days feature life, crafts and arts from the late 18th and early 19th century.

This is a FREE event for the public so come on out and see the sounds, smells, and clothing of the 18th Century.

Visitors will get to hear talks about Blockhouse history by Doc Shaeffer & Richland County History by Bob Carter both of whom are local historians, discussions on flags of the Revolution by Vane Scott, as well as Brittany Frederick who will discuss 18th Century woman's dress. 18th Century re-enactors will portray British and French as well as Eastern Woodland Indians and will be on hand to discuss their clothing and weapons.  Musket firing demonstrations during both days as well as cannon firing demonstrations will fill the air with smoke and fire!

Stop by and step back into the 18th century!
