Enjoy a one hour pontoon boat ride on the Clear Fork Reservoir to bird and observe the local eagles care for their young.
Meet at the Clear Fork Marina.

Capture the beauty of Ohio's birds of prey. Six different species will be positioned in natural settings for photography and everyone's enjoyment.

A Slow Walk in the Woods
This walk is tailored to seniors. Enjoy a turtle-pace stroll on our trails to investigate what plants and animals are starting to come alive with the arrival of spring.

The Importance of Getting Kids Outside
Join Professional Educator and OBS Naturalist, Julie Schwartz, to hear profound research regarding kids and nature.
This session is designed for both parents and teachers to encourage, support, and offer practical ideas for the filling of this imperative need.

Meet a different avian ambassador every hour. Get an up close view, photograph, and enjoy an interpretive talk by an OBS staff member.

Bring your children to enjoy a variety of crafts they can create using items from nature.
Select crafts will have material fee between $1-$5.

Being a Flip Flop Hiker on the Appalacian Trail
Hear the tales of the Ohio Bird Sanctuary's very own Curator of Birds, Mary Meixner, as a Flip Flop Hiker on the Appalachian Trail.

Stream Exploration
Join our new Youth Program Coordinator to explore the tributary streams and turn over rocks to see what creatures inhabit this ecosystem.
Designed for kids or the kid in you.


Junior Naturalists will be selling food and drink items during both days of the event.
